Do you operate all over UK?
We predominantly operate in the Grater London region, however, we can travel further for an extra travel fee (the exact amount depends on where you're based).
How old should my child be for the shoot?
We don't have strict requirements on how old the baby should be, but we believe anywhere between 2 weeks to 1 and a half years old is the best time to do the shoot as then we can capture the earliest days of their life and the parents have gotten used to the everyday life of having a young child.
What equipment do you use?
We use compact professional cameras and lighting. The lights are portable, not hot and not too bright for the baby.
How long is the shoot?
The video shoot normally takes around 2 hours with setup and pack down.
Can I choose what my video looks and feels like?
Yes, we always work with you to create the perfect video for your liking. Before the shoot, we normally do a call with you to determine what type of film you're looking. We also tell you our own ideas. All this can also be done via email. After that, we send you a summary of our creative proposal for the shoot.
For booking click on the BOOKING tab on the top menu or any of the Book Here or Get Started buttons on the home page. There you can leave your details and we will set up a call with you to discuss the details of your shoot. If you don't want to do a quick call with us, we'll email you to discuss the details. We will not charge you before we have agreed on the details and final price.
How can I book your services?
How big is your crew?
We use one videographer. On rare occasions we use an assistant too. We work discreetly and effectively to make it an enjoyable experience for you.
How much do you charge?
Our standard price for a video of around 2 minutes in length is £750. We also offer other discount codes and sales from time to time. Additional fees may apply if special props or requests are needed or if you live outside Greater London. We also offer different monthly payment plans on request, with slightly higher total prices. How do I pay for your services?
The payment is done 50% before the shoot once we've agreed the details with you and 50% at the conclusion of the job. We send you the payment link or it can also be done via bank transfer. The second payment is due before we send you the final video files. If you choose to use one of our payment plans, there is no 50% upfront payment, you just start paying monthly sums from the month you make the shoot booking.
Where should my shoot be done?
We normally come to your home to do the shoot there. For that we ask you to send some photos of the different potential filming areas in your home prior to the shoot. We can also do the shoot in a studio for an extra fee of around £800.
When will I receive the video?
The editing process takes 1 week, after which some final changes can be made at your request.
